Rainforest Mural

Here's where it all started. My friend Adrianne was here for a visit and she gave me a kick start.

Adrianne Painted the Jaguar and started on the waterfall, while I painted the background.

I finished off the water, adding splashes and more rocks. Had to put in the Poison Dart Frog. Too cute!

I went to Hawaii this past spring (2002). On a drive around the Big Island my husband and I stopped at Akaka Falls. Walking throught the park, I took a picture of what I had been looking for to add to this wall.

(now I just have to finish it!)

I am going to be adding the big falls of Akaka to the background.

Its been a while but I finally started working on the mural again!

This is Akaka Falls starting to take form. I will be adding more foreground painting over top so I didn't want to get too detailed!

Here's what you see as you leave the bathroom. Maybe if I try concentrating on ONE area at a time I might get more done! *sigh*
